THE APPLICANT INTENDS TO DEVELOP THE PROPERTY WITH A 10,690 SQUARE FOOT CHAPEL AND A 10,500 SQUARE FOOT AUXILIARY SUPPORT BUILDING WITH ASSOCIATED PARKING AREAS.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLAN PREPARED BY GREENWAY ENGINEERING WAS SUBMITTED AS A SUPPLEMENT FOR THIS APPLICATION AND PER THE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLAN, THE PROPOSED CHAPEL WILL INCLUDE 600 SEATS.

THE TERM CHURCH INCLUDES THE TERM SYNAGOGUE, MOSQUE, MONASTERY, OR OTHER TERMS FOR A HOUSE OF WORSHIP AND SHALL INCLUDE WHERE APPROPRIATE REAL ESTATE OF NOT MORE THAN 250 ACRES PROVIDED THAT SUCH ACREAGE IS OR IS TO BE DEVOTED EXCLUSIVELY TO A CHURCH BUILDING.

SO YOU DON'T GET ANY PERMANENT RESIDENCE.

ALL WE'VE HAD PRETTY GOOD SUCCESS THAT WAY.

UM, AND WHEN SHE STANDS ON HER HIND LAKE, SIX FEET TALL, PEOPLE GET AFRAID OF A WOLFHOUND EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE THE FRIENDLIEST DOG IN THE WORLD.

BUT ANYWAY, THE, YOU KNOW, SHE'S RATED, SHE ACTUALLY HAS HER OWN PROFILE ON AIRBNB, UH, BECAUSE SHE DOES TRAVEL WITH ME.

SO THEY, AND THEY DO SHARE INFORMATION FROM AIRBNB TO VEN OR WHATEVER THE OTHER ONES ARE.

ALTHOUGH WE ARE WAITING ON FEEDBACK FROM VDOT, WE CAN ATTEST THAT THE PREVIOUS USE DID HAVE WEDDINGS AND AN OCCUPANCY INSIDE OF OVER 380 PEOPLE FOR THE BUILDING.

IN ADDITION TO THIS, THE CURRENT SCHOOL IS OPERATING OUT OF A VERY TIGHT FACILITIES AT THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH HERE IN TOWN, AND WHICH HAS LED TO INVE TO IN INSTIGATE A VERY SMART AND WELL OUT TRAFFIC FLOW PLAN THAT WOULD STAGGER DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES TO MINIMIZE ANY TRAFFIC ISSUES AT THE CURRENT SITE.

UM, WE BELIEVE THAT, UM, THIS IS ALSO GREAT FOR, UM, IT TAKES A LITTLE BIT OF THE BURDEN OFF THE SCHOOL SYSTEM BECAUSE IT'S, IT'S A PRIVATE SCHOOL, WHICH IS, UH, I GUESS YOU COULD SAY A, A GOOD FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TAXPAYERS OF WARREN COUNTY.
