UH, AND THEY HAVE, THE APPLICANT HAS PROVIDED A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN THAT INCLUDES A LOCAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, UH, CONTACT THAT IS LOCATED WITHIN FRONT ROYALS WITHIN THE 30 MILES REQUIRED, UH, DISTANCE.

SO REALISTICALLY THEY PURCHASED THE PROPERTY AND THEY'RE NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO USE IT TILL NEXT FALL.
