NUMBER THREE, THE APPLICANT SHALL HAVE WELL WATER TESTED ANNUALLY FOR E COLI AND COLIFORM BACTERIA AND A COPY OF THOSE RESULTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND HEALTH DEPARTMENTS.
